  • will a 93 auto motor swap with a 93 standard ?

I have a parts car that has a fresh motor in it but front end damage and I want to swap it into my daily driver as it has 275000k and the parts car has 50000k .

were there any differences between a standard tranny festiva motor and auto?

Are you a "stubble jumper" by chance? I think I passed through a Saskatchewan town by the name of Yorkton once or twice over the past 35 years.

Engine ought to be exactly the same but don't expect to be able to re-use the ATX starter motor.

you'll have to swap over the appropriate rear engine attatchment ( i.e. flywheel or flexplate) to mate to the trans that you're using, but otherwise identical as Bert stated.
