Automatic swap to Manual - Help!

I have 1989 L MFI Automatic and I want swap to 5 speed manual from 88 LX so there I need rewiring or ?

I notice my 1989 L have two big wire together (Blue/red) and one small one pin was used for automatic what I should do with that one? and I cant find small two together green "butterfly" style connect for manual.
