If you have access to a U-Pull yard get on over there and carefully try to pry out a grommet from an older Mazda. Some of them are more difficult to remove than others but there isn't much risk while you're figuring out how to do this. You only buy the one that successfully comes loose, and matches yours!

The best way to get them out is from the bottom of the valve cover...problem is there's a splash shield in the way. I saw these for sale neW on ebay less than a year ago, just find one for any b series engine. Kia might be a good place to look too?2008 Kia Rio- new beater

What usually happens is you will find plenty of grommets that stuff in at the valve cover but then the hole for the PCV is different so you might as well do the one stop shop and buy a new PCv while you're at it it will still be under $101993 GL 5 speed
It's a MazdaFordnKia thing, and you will understand!
