I am having a new car hauler trailer built to order. I want the trailer to be able to haul 2 of the Festies at a time. Anyone with any experience with this? How long does the bed of the trailer need to be? Thanks.

    you'll want a 24' unit...festy's are 11' long.

Actually 11'8" or 140" so the deck of the trailer should be 24' if you want nothing hanging off the front or back.

We got two on a 22' flatbed trailer, but they had less than two inches between them in the middle, and each of them had a little overhand at each end. 24' would be ideal.
          No festiva for me ATM...

Was that front to back or side by side?

Front to back, I'm sure. Side-to-side would be a bit scary.

Actually front to front (keeping the weight of the engines centered over the axles. But yes, same principle as back to back, as in,NOT side-to-side

                  All good.

Thinking about it like that, front to front was probably the best idea..
