How can you pull the codes on these cars?

My check engine light came on and then went off and continues to do this.

I use my CEL (check engine light) for my manual choke reminder. I do not have a computer. I know nothing about codes. Good luck.

Thanks for the link I will look at it. Sorry I was not able to search myself it was spur of the moment off my phone.
