Gauge cluster

Nothing on the cluster works, but the inside lights do. There's three semi-circle peices of metal at the bottom of the cluster housing though and I think that might have something to do with it. The odometer doesn't work either. Any ideas?

maybe its the fuse. ?

my guages didnt work wither. but the lights did. i changed the fuse it the needles flew back to were theyre supposed to be.

now that you figured out your speedo problem,

you may want to re-disconnect your speedo cable and pull your cluster to check if your wires are connected to the cluster
