Inner tie rod installation question

Can I install inner tie rods without removing the steering rack on a 91 festiva? My main concern is whether the inner tie rods just unscrew or whether I have to undo some other nut or need a special tool? Obviously I have to remove the outer tie rods first. Any thoughts or youtube videos that would be helpful?

You need a 24 mm wrench. Disconnect the outer rod from the hub assembly or from the inner tie rod. Remove the rubber sleeve over the inner tie rod. Use the wrench where the inner rod connects to the steering rack.
