Changing Points to Electronic Ignition

Anyone ever done this? i just watched a show where they switched from a point system to an electronic ignition.
Has anyone around here done that? What pieces and parts did you use? Are there any electronic ignition sets out there
that will just bolt on, wire up and go?

Oh boy. I can be dense sometimes. I thought these little buggers had an old point system and not electronic ignition.. Duh..
