  • CV axle gap pics

    They feel like they seated, but this gap looks a like to much. What do you think, do I have these in far enough?

    The ones I put on my Festy looked about the same and I never had them leak.

      Don't they slide in and out as the wheel turns? I wouldn't worry about it.

          That looks like a pretty tite axle gap if you know what I mean!

            I put everything back together and it didn't leak a drop. Also, the car wouldn't start at all, turned over but wouldn't run, I changed the fuel pump and it ran fantastically, surprisingly peppy. Now I have to fix the body, I am searching for two passenger doors (front,back). Thanks for the help.

              Supposedly that sob circlip that some fiend deemed necessary on the splined end of the axle inside the tranny differential will keep things looking like your pics.
