My heater doesn't work like it use to. Do you think it could be my thermostat or my fan motor ?

You are a perfect candidate for a "cabin air filter". Search for the thread, and you shall find it.

1988 323 Station Wagon - KLG4 swapped
1988 323 GT - B6T Powered
2008 Ford Escape - Rollover Survivor
1990 Festiva - First Ever Completed KLZE swap (SOLD)
If no one from the future stops you from doing it, how bad of a decision can it really be?

Start by checking the output from the alternator. What brand of gasoline do you use?:tm:
'88 Festiva L, stock carby engine (with exhaust upgrade), 4 speed tranny. Aspire Struts and Springs, Capri 14" wheels, interior gutted, battery in back
'92 Geo Metro XFi
'87 Suzuki Samurai
'85 F150, modded 300cid

I don't think the thermostat is the problem.
I would seriously check a FSM to see where the location of the displaced insulation should be reinstalled.

I presume the vermin crawled up your open floor duct. You need Bounce cloths in the holes.

That's not insulation that's various fabric brought in by rodents for nesting...
