Yes Iam replacing my hydraulic lash adjusters and was wondering if I could get any advice on how to remove the old ones and put in the new ones? Thanks.

Do you have any type of repair manual for your car yet? If you do it would be in there. If not that's one of the first things I would recommend buying for your car. Makes all repairs that much easier

You remove the camshaft and rockers and they should pop right out.

I don't think you have to remove the cam. Just unbolt the rocker shaft, be sure to keep all those springs in order when you slide your rockers off.

          Yeah, remove rocker arms.

Grab old HLA with pliers or vise grip. Pull hard.

Lube new ones up with oil on the o-rings and push in.

          Replace arms.

Be sure to make sure the holes in the arm are facing downwards! Apparently I'm stupid and faced them up on the exhaust side and couldn't figure out why the noise had gotten worse. LOL.
