CEL 96 aspire

I have Check engine light that gives the code PO470. Exhaust pressure sensor.

The following is what has been done to this 96 aspire 2 door give speed.
New
Spark Plugs
Spark Plug Wires
Distributor cap
Rotor button
Valve guide seals
Valve cover gasket
Distributor O-ring gasket
PCV valve
EGR was pulled, cleaned with brake parts cleaner, and reinstalled.
Timing set
Air filter is clean

Check engine light was reset after all this. Still came back on.

Exhaust pressure.? Only sensor I know of in the exhaust is the o2

exhaust pressure may be cause by a plugged catalytic converter maybe??
