Sloppy steering

Question : Will bad Inner Tie-rods cause sloppy steering/wandering ?

Finished Aspire Suspension swap.
New Aspire Outer Tie-Rod ends.
New lower Contorl Arms
New (less than a year) sway bar bushings, all 4.
Have ordered steering rack re-build bushings from Mental.
Will I need Festy or Aspire inner tie-rods ?

If it moves its possible. I've never replaced that specific part on one of my cars. But its possible. Throw your car on a Jack and wriggle your tire. See what moves.

Pretty sure its the inner tie-rods.
With the Aspire swap do I need Festiva or Aspire inner tie-rods ? ?

Never mind !
Thats a STUPID question.
We kept the Festy inner tir-rods when we did the swap.
Old age is catching up with me.
