    I need a new battery. Ugh, buying things ><

    Yeah, my battery took a hit this winter.
    I must remember to bring my replacement battery inside as soon as the temp drops to twenty below again in October.

      See if you can snag one from a wrecker - you can usually get a very good price on a good battery. They will usually exchange it if you figure you have a bad one.

                Check with the local Interstate office/warehouse. Here in Calgary at least they have batteries that are past their retail shelf life but still brand new. Price here is about $50 with no warranty. Might be worth a shot. I've got them in my car, my daughter's and some friends have them too.

                    I bought a used battery from a battery specialist in the industiral park which worked out well.
                    Original owner of silver grey carburetted 1989 Festiva. 105k km as of June 2006. 140k km as of June 2021.
