A little punctuation would go a long way in being able to help you.

Pic of your issue would very useful as well.

Of course if you could manage to put your location in your profile maybe some one close could lend you a hand and or the needed parts.

Pretty standard drum brake parts. Look at any online photo or diagram to get an idea of what's gone missing, or visit your local McParts store and ask them to load you up.

Sounds like he doesnt have the e-brake arms that stick out of the backs of the drums.

LOL, not asking you to be good at it, not many of us are.
It's just hard to read without any sort of punctuation.
                  Good luck!

To remove the brake drum remove the axle nut. The passenger side axle nut is reverse thread, so tighten to loosen. At least I think it's the passenger side. Then the drum just pulls right off. Unless the brake is jammed on, I guess. In that case look at the emergency brake lever arm on the back of the wheel and make sure it moves. If it doesn't move I'd hit it until it does. Good luck.

WmWatt, you might want to explain the difference between the crush nut and the castellated nut before he removes the drum.

Degree of mechanical competence here seems to be diminishing as the years progress. It's true though; the increasing majority of Festy nuts out there these days are more youthful than the cars. Having tangled over the winter with a 47 Ford P/U (from before my time!) I too was drawn to the archaic mechanics and retro possibilities while working on it.
