Is your clutch disengaging?
You said that the flywheel bolts worked out and caused problems?
We don't know the extent of these problems aside from stripped threads.
Did you ever take the pressure plate apart and inspect the clutch disc?
If you say the flywheel being moved moves the car in gear, but yet the starter won't rotate when clutch is pressed in.
That buzzing sound could be the starter trying to rotate but the disc may be still engaged or stuck even.
Or maybe the clutch cable wasn't adjusted correctly?
Just a possibility.
I would save breaking it open again for a last resort.

Yea the clutch does disengage I can push the clutch peddle down in gear and I can push the car easy I tested it in all 5 gears cuz I thought the same or the tranny could be bad and binded up but when I got the tranny I tested all the gears by hand and they worked and were smooth. I'm trying to start it with out a battery connected to the car so it may be that the car charger on jump isn't enough cuz it doesn't let me run my radio with only 2 8" subs and the speakers and it powers off when the bass hits hard so could it just not be enough cranking amps?1993 festy "white stallion" BP swap with 7" lift, 1ton wench

As someone said it is likely something simple.
Might just let the battery charge over night and get a good charge at a lower charge rate.
