  • idle too high when cold, too low when hot, any ideas?

hey guys, any ideas on how i can tune this thing down a bit?

when the car is cold it will idle at like what seems like 1800-2000 rpm (tach not in yet.)

when it warms up, (about 2 miles down the road,) it will idle very low like 400 rpm.

I tried playing with the idel screw but this is the best i can get it,
think this might be a tps adjustment issue?

    thanks!

oh btw this is with the 89 B6 motor using the b6 ecu.

my BP does the same thing. When you start it thats the autochock I believe it holds it at higher RPMS to let the engine warm up. Mine also idles at like 200-400 rpms when warm, but mine is usually caused by the idle screw wiggling loose. I just have to adjust it once in awhile.
