1989 festiva carburator

well i have searched everwhere but can not find the name of what i need go ahead and call me crazy but i need one of thease things. bolts on behind the carb has a leaver and adjusting screw has a brown and orange dot on it and a vaccum on top and on the side the one on the side is plastic it is broke off, need to know the name of this thing so i can find one. thanks

Can you post a picture of what's broken? Is it on the carb or on the firewall behind the carb?

I dont know how to post a pic. have it on my phone but dont know how to get it here.It bolts on to the intake behind the carb. it has adjusting screw and lever that does something to the carb.

I believe the brown and orange dots are so you don't get the vacuum hoses mixed up. They will have brown and orange dotted lines on them.
