Unfamiliar with code 8 but new and properly connected (check on here for recommended brands) O2 sensor did make a considerable difference on fuel economy a few times on some of my cars. Still doesn't solve your noisy fuel pump though.

Any experts near Williamsport pa? I'd like someone to look at it and see if they have any ideas. Spark plugs are black, fuel pump hums, oils smells like gas and I've torn open the vaf and gave it a new line to read and still nothing. Pig rich, need help.
