overheated now wont start

Is there a kill switch on a festy? I have one that over heated and now won't start. Call Nightcrawler at 9524845447

There is an inertia switch located behind the left rear wheel well for fuel injected Festivas only. The button must be down in order for the electric fuel pump to run.
