I was misunderstood myself, I retested it and found 12 volts. I was just testing it wrong. I found the same diagram and was using that. right now im trying to trace power. I've got 12 volts coming out of the main relay but when I test the plug on top that goes to the injectors I only have around 8. I ran out of time last night to work on it so I still have to test the things in between. but its just tracing wires for power right now.
