Jerking at Each Gear

Every time I drive I start out kinda fast and when it hits second gear and jerks left of right? What could this be? My sway bar bushing & bracket is coming in soon,but could this be something else? I have a "temporary" bushing and bracket in place at the moment.

I'd get under the car and try pushing, pulling, and prying on things to see if anything is loose, eg tie rod ends, motor mounts. You can check motor mounts by rocking the car in forward and reverse in one spot, or acellerating quickly, and feeling for the engine shift. Is the jerking accompanied by any noise? Good luck.
