  • AXLE HELP!!!!!

    I know this question has been asked many of times but i just cant find a direct yes or no answer. Will the axles form any other vehicle work on a 88 Festiva with a 5 speed manual trany and a stock b3 engine? Help please!!!!!

    Apparently Festy axles are unique to them. I did a little parts-number research on Rock Auto.

      No, not unless you change other components, such as control arms and/or hubs.

        I got my front axles from a local firm which rebuilds axles. They go by the key measurements, not by part number. One didn't work, too tight, but they gave me a replacment which did.
        Original owner of silver grey carburetted 1989 Festiva. 105k km as of June 2006. 140k km as of June 2021.
