I changed the drive belts today on the Festiva. The Haynes manual shows a tensioner for the A/C but the one shown must be for the factory installed A/C. The dealer installed A/C has a tensioner but you have to use a pry bar to tighten the belt and then bolt it down. Kind of annoying that bolt tightens in the direction that would relieve tension so you have to keep the pry bar on it pretty good. With the EFI I decided removing the air box makes access far better.
