i cant get heat to blow out of vents it only blows out thru the defrost and sometimes that and floor nothing comes out of vents when heat but will blow when its turned to cool

There is nothing wrong with your Festiva. The only thing that comes through the dash vents is outside air or air-conditioned air if you have A/C.Ian
