Today being the first cold morning in my area, I decided to start my festy and let it warm before leaving for work. As I got in to leave my check engine light was on from sitting there idling for a few minutes. I turned the car off and then restarted and light was off, very strange. The rest of the day light has stayed off. Any ideas as to what may be going on?

Check the last engine code by grounding the self test connector, located between the master brake cylinder and the left strut tower. Count the number of flashes and report back.

On the way home my festiva was randomly flashing the check engine light. Also how do you clear the codes?Comment
