Auto or manual?
Manual trans - ANY manual trans from '88-'93 Festivas, and '94-'97 Aspires, I believe with a mount modification?
Auto - '89-'93 auto transmissions.
With work.. transmissions from Mazda Proteges, Ford Escort GTs, Mazda 323, Mercury Tracer... the list goes on and on.White '92 GL 5-speed BP, G series, Aspire/Rio swapped, "Nancy"
White '89 LX 5-speed, Aspire swapped, Weber carb
1988 LX 5-speed
1993 L 5-speed B8, E series, Aspire/Rio swapped

Yes every transmission will interchange with a 1991 Ford Festiva.
Do not use a 88 transmission because those are known to have issues with shifting into 5th gear. Only very skillful drivers can accomplish this.-M3NTAL MARK! Woo!!
