    A short while later....

Well that didn't work. Couldn't get the Q-tips down in there. What's the best way to clean the connectors on the three engine-bay fuses?

I have posted pictures of how to disassemble the engine fuses many times before.
The tangs that have to be bent in to release the terminals are on the outer two spades. Don't use a screwdriver or you will probably break the plastic housing. You need to use a terminal extractor. After you finish wire wheeling the brass, just bend the two tangs up and push it back in. It will work like new again.
It is an art to release a double tang terminal. You must continue to apply finger pull on the first terminal you released, while releasing the second one.
It is even more of an art to release a triple terminal from a fuse block.

Did some searching on terminal extractors; there are several types. What type and brand works for our three engine-bay fuses?

While we're at it, what is the best tool to remove the wires from the two big round plugs for the instrument cluster?

I like the super cheap stiff spade type red handle for the engine bay. I bought mine from where the Ohiostiva meets start.

I like the expensive green handle one from easternbeaver.com for all of the small terminals.

I think I will get my tripod out and do a short video on how to use them, during the holidays.
                Merry Christmas.
