Ignition barrel removal/repair help WA Festiva?

Alright, alright, any one got any pro-tipss on how to get the actual mechanism out with minimal damage? I see two itty-bitty roll pins and everyone is informing me the key needs to be turned to Accesory for the assembly to come out. But, of course, being broken by those jack-offs. I can't do that.
