I would check the temperature sensor for the EFI if it thinks it is 40 below when it is only zero it will flood.Cranking it with the pump disabled will dry the plugs and let it start again on the excess fuel when you give it fuel pressure again the cycle repeats.Frozen fuel lines and bad ignition switches as well as compression issues do not come and go with enabling and disabling the fuel pump.Low fuel pressure also doesn't get better when you pull the fuel pump relay something is going on with cold fuel enrichment.Last edited by ricko1966; 01-11-2015, 10:14 PM.30 + Vehicle projects right now.7 Festiva/Mazda 10 GM IDK how many others,hope that helps explain all the stupid questions/shortcuts/interchanges etc. trying to liquidate so I concentrate on the good ones.
