Rear Brake Light access

Hi, Brother-in-law got a Festiva, about 1997 model. He wants to know how to access the rear brake light to change bulb.

There should be a small panel just inside the rear hatch to either side that opens up to the back of the tail light.

I own an older Festiva and all of my panel's have been out of the car for a while so its hard to remember but I think there is one screw that holds it on. Once he sees it it will be easy to do.

Picture 4 is the critical one. You have to be careful not to break off the tabs holding the assembly in. Basically once you remove the two screws mentioned in picture 3, push the whole assembly towards the outside of the car to get the assembly's pins off of the tabs. Once it's out, you will see the how they designed it.
