I did a timing belt and water pump, car turned over when it died on side of the road. Now when I got all done and went to start it NOTHING, radio doesnt work, no dash lights, no blinkers, no interior lights that are weirdly enough wired in on toggle but maybe they wired it through a factory circuit. I have charged a new battery because the one that was in it reads at .05 volts and my smart charger wouldn't charge it . The only thing I can get to work is the headlights, I checked the fusible link under the seat between the battery and the front and those are good as well as the three fuses in the engine bay, I switched the headlight one out with the main to confirm it worked, nothing still. I am at a loss and was not at all prepared for this, starting to feel like I should of left this to a mechanic.

I would triple check that you have all your grounds and powers hooked up correctly. Pretty much all my electrical problems have been from not hooking up the wires properly. If that has no success you could try you main power relay. It is attached on the driver side fender area right next to washer fluid reservoirs hooked on by one nut. bad picture from google but its the gist.

I didnt unhook anything except the MAF when doing the water pump, but I will double check everything because I admit that wiring is not this car's strong point. Thanks for the advice on the main power relay. I find it weird that my battery was completely drained as well. It was broken into on the side of the highway after breaking down and tools were stolen but I do not think they did anything else.
