need help wanting to put mag wheels on festiva on car now 12 inch with hub caps. is there any other mag rims that fit with same bolt patern and no mods or extra parts needed. thank you

What size/height/width tire are you considering? That will be a determining factor in not needing spacers. You will need either screw-in studs (best option) or aftermarket lug bolts (any McParts store) that can accommodate the thicker aluminum wheels. The stock lug bolts have too short a taper for the thicker wheels, and you will have vibration at 50+ mph.
As for wheels, I'd recommend going with a 13" one. Do a Google search for ones with the right bolt pattern (4x114.3mm, 4x4.5") that you like.
