gauge cluster, seatbelts, turn signals INOP help

finished my swap but now my tach won't work as with all the rest of the gaguges minus speedo on my cluster. Selt belts no longer function, guess I'll swap to the manual ones. And last but no least no turn signals, but i have hazards. Relay? Does someone have a picture of it, i don't have my manual book anymore :?

Also my buzzer for the door won't shut off, so i separated the sodder on the back of the cluster.

have you checked the fusible links ?

91 u.s. festiva L 189423 mi. GL int. , engine started smoking [sold]
93 u.s. festiva gl 222000 mi. bad engine , parts car [sold]
1981 ford F-100 400000+ miles ? , looks rough - runs good
1963 1/2 Ford Falcon 4 door base model , 106000 original miles , second owners
