Can't seem to stop wiper blade skipping at highway speeds

That is what I did when the salesman first brought them to the shop. I still use them , if you do a little work you can get the blade out and put in a new refill. I have put in quite a few refills now on the red car. Love how new wipers work .

For me ordinary wiper blades perpetually lifted off the Festy glass at highway+ speeds until I invested in Reflex Hybrid brand wipers. These are a little bit pricey but have an obvious 'scallop' shape to them and they instantly solved my problems.

That's what I did.

The somewhat pricey Duralast Aero blades were $13 a piece, but the work beautifully on the highway.
