Are the head swappable? I heard there's different cam sizes but since my car is a 93 i figured they would be compatable. Should i go back and check the year? This is the same car i pulled the steering rack and and a knuckle off of.

All Festiva/Aspire heads are swappable. You just need to use the same cam and lifters from one head. Festy carbys had manually-adjustable lifters, Festy EFI had hydraulic lifters; Aspire EFI had roller rockers. So to be clear i can't just swap it over with the roller rockers? Or can i? And if that's the case which style of lifters would be preferable?

The complete head is swappable. The cams can be swapped also, BUT only if you keep all the components together i.e. cam and rockers from head "A" can be swapped into head "B".Originally posted by 2jzkilla View PostComment

Yeah- as I understand it, the only incompatibility is the cam, whether it is for a mechanical fuel pump and carb ('88 and some '89) or whether for -the rest of em.
