junk yard block. should i buy it?

So I've been molesting an aspire in the junk yard it has like 165000 on it. There's a half off coming up Friday so i pulled the engine and separated it from the auto tranny. I already robbed the head off it and i was thinking rather then swap heads ide just pull the block and rebuild it completly. The cylinder walls got some oxidation from having the head off and are very lightly etched with vertical lines i though just a hone would clean it up. I also pulled off the pan and pulled the journals and number 1 was polished on half the bearing the long way. The rest looked similar but not polished quite as much. And lastly the crank had lines worn on it but was smooth to the touch.

So should i get this block and if so can i reuse the crank without machining it on new bearings? Thanks in advance!
