Jacked up rear from rear axel torison beam makes sound when rolling

Ya i know, was a bad idea... So now it makes a squeal like sound when i move the car. as if the rear brakes are slightly engaged. what could it be?

I always jack the car up on the rear beam never had a problem if your jack was on a break cable it may have pulled on a frozen e brake and now it's dragging. Check that the e brake levers sticking out of the rear drum plates are laying flat and not pulled out.
These like to rust up of not used and can get stuck of pulled .
