1996 ford festiva has petrol and some spark but wont start was running just stoped

i have a ford festiva it has spark it has petrol when i check the plugs they are wet but its not strong enough to ignite it changed pcm changed distributor still wont go any body got any ideas

Is your engine ground good? Remove cable, make the contacts shine, reinstall cable.

Have you done anything to the car recently?
