Need torque specs on spindle nuts (4)

I need help on my 93 tiva
Replaced the rear torsion beam from another festy. I had removed the rear spindles from the beam. Cant find any luck finding specs in the Chiltons. So my question is what are the torque specs for the 4 nuts that hold the spindle, backplate on to the torsion beam. Thanks

According to the FSM "Tighten spindle attaching nuts to 32-45 ft. lbs"
