yellow tach cluster

Hi guys I was trying to install a yellow festiva gauge cluster in my 90 stiva and couldn't get it to work but when I went to install my original cluster I have no turn signals and when I turn on the headlights when the cars running the buzzer chime comes on any ideas what to do?

pull the plugs back out and reinsert them. may not be plugged in

Also clean the pins.
Use a strip of sandpaper.

Alright I tried that and it worked thanks for the help.how can I get the yellow cluster to work?
