1994 Ford Festiva WB Trio, Help finding headlight fuse

Hi, I am trying to wire tap into my headlight fuse for some interior led strip lights. I have purchased the wire tap adapter but cannot find the headlight fuse. I am tapping into the headlight fuse so that the leds' only turn on when the headlights are on. I have looked over the interior fuse box and I have literally found every fuse from stop light - wipers and I have had no luck with the headlights. If someone can point out where it is that would be great.

I know there is the larger headlight 30A fuse in the engine bay, I am looking for the actual steering wheel headlight switch fuse (if that makes sense).

I think my car model is called an Aspire in America if that helps.

If all else fails I will have to rig up a switch or something.

Update: I think the 30A fuse in the engine bay is actually a relay. If someone can correct me on this that would be appreciated.

The "Head" 15amp fusible link in the engine bay is the over current protection for the head light circuit.
