No fire,no fuel?

Hey all.
Just got another festiva after 4 yrs so im jacked about that. Had a bad battery so i swapped one into it and now i have no fire and no fuel pump priming.put a new pump that i bench tested to work. Any specific thing to check once i get the time too to check out? I know these cars are "different"
Car turns over fine just wont start

Check your vaf connections. It turns on the pump while starting. Also, there is a plug under the hood that you can use to test the fuel pump. I don't recall which plug it is. Hopefully someone that knows can add this info. This is based on it being an efi car.

Check the inertia switch behind the left rear wheel well.
Make sure it hasn't popped up.

Search my name. i had a similar problem and I documented the fix.

Make sure the fusible links in the bank of 3 under hood on drivers side are good .The one closest to passenger side is engine control.

Figured out the main relay was the issue
Didnt want to spend the money so made a jumper to see if itd work. Car fired right up. Bought a new main relay at 105 dollars,but it wont start with it either. Seems the white/blue wire isnt getting switched on? Anyone run into that before?

Check the ENGINE fuse inside the interior fuse panel.

Still searching for issue. When i jump the main relay,it pops the engine fuse but runs. I put new fuses in and with the main relay it wont start. Tried 2 others and still wont run with them.
