Cyl head interchange

Is there a stock B6 head that will replace my B3 head without modification or is the chamber volume or valve clearance different? How about 86-89 sohc 1.6L - B630-10-100F?

When I'm good I'm very, very good and when I'm bad I'm HORRID.

You need an entire engine. That early 1.6 is a direct swap in of the 1.3
