My exhaust is leaking at the head pipe to cat connection. I put on new springs and a new donut gasket and it is still leaking there. The contact surfaces look clean. Is there anything else I should do?

You might try hi-temp silicon to supplement what you have done. But I would question why this would be the case, given what you have already done.
