Seatbelt buzzer

I just bought my first Festiva last night. Already a proud owner. I have one problem though. Although im buckled the seatbelt buzzer goes off all the time the key is on. Im thinking if i knew where i could find it i could take buzzer out. But im not sure...

Congratulations! These are the best cars there is!
I unplugged mine the day i bought it. Its under the drivers side o the dash. Lean under there while its going and feel all the solenoids/buzzers. The one making noise unplug.

I'm scared of the bogeyman.
So, I just plugged in a jumper connector from the junkyard to the connector under the seat.
