Rocker to valve stem tap clearance

Just got got a new(used) head but need to adjust the valves. Can anyone tell me the clearances for intake and exhaust for my 88 b3?

Both valves - 0.012 in or 0.30 mm
When I'm good I'm very, very good and when I'm bad I'm HORRID.
