I put a new bulb in on the 18th of Feb. because the one just blew out. Does the bright light idiot light always come on when one bulb is blown? Anyway, Today the bulb blew again. I looked at the headlight and noticed a hole at the bottom of the headlight so I thought maybe a rock shot up and broke it because when I took the one out it was all busted. So on my way to work I stop and get a new bulb (cheapest one) put it in and on my way home the thing blows again. Whats going on? Any ideas. Thanks, Jim

It was something i discovered firsthand when i was quite young. We had a 60 watt light bulb that was yellow and kind of a heat lamp or something. It had been on quite a while and was very hot. My brother and i had the idea of taking an eyedropper and dropping a Drop of water on it to watch it steam. We did that and had our faces like 2 inches away watching it steam because it was so cool or something and then the bulb blew up in our faces.... Lol, lesson learned.
