Black Festiva on the shoulder: I-79, near Clarksburg WV

Before I realized I had blown past a Festiva (in my own '90L) on the side of I-79, it was too late to stop. I shoudda turned around at the next exit and backtracked, but I couldn't think of what I could do. What I SHOULD have done was put a note on the windshield telling of this site if the owner wasn't aware, my alias if they needed an invite to join, and a phone number in case they wanted to sell. Anyway, it's probably still on the side of I-79 N, I _think_ just S of Clarksburg WV. In case anyone seeing this lives in the vicinity.
