Just got and sold a 1990 Festiva L to somebody but before it takes delivery to it's new owner, I need to diagnose why it won't start.... It is getting fuel so I think there isn't any spark... has a brand new cap and rotor... dad is serous about not spending money on it but we now might need to get a new distributor for it... the 88/89 both carb and efi are different than the 90-93 distributor so couldn't steal one from the 89 carb or 89 EFI... where is the first place to look when diagnosing no spark.....

The ICM on the driver strut tower (small module near the coil bracket)Trees aren't kind to me...

You could pull the distributor out of your DD and put it into the 90L. If it starts you know what needs to be replaced.Comment
